Meet Kevin

Sacramento native Kevin Thompson enjoys the challenge that comes with finding his clients the perfect home. He believes that every person requires the right house to fit their needs, and every home has a unique story to tell. As a real estate agent, his job is to find a connection that brings those two things together.

 

Kevin’s road to real estate started at the University of the Pacific, where he completed a business finance degree. After graduating, he spent many years working as a contract negotiator, where he became extremely comfortable with the dynamics of successful negotiation strategies. He now uses this experience on behalf of his real estate clients in home pricing, negotiation, and sales. He obtained his real estate sales license in 2009 and, since that time, has carved out a specialization in single-family home sales. Many of his clients are move-up buyers in need of larger homes, and he helps them take advantage of the home values that Sacramento and the foothills have to offer. A straight shooter when it comes to presenting the facts, Kevin believes that honesty and transparency are critical when helping clients make decisions that affect their lives so profoundly.

 

With both of his kids now relocated to Los Angeles after completing college, Kevin lives in El Dorado Hills with his wife. They enjoy the many outdoor activities offered by Northern California, including skiing in Tahoe, boating in Folsom and on the Delta, dining in Napa, and golfing the great foothill courses. He is the president of a local leadership scholarship organization, which works to award college scholarships to high school graduates.
