Kelli's philosophy is simple. She does the right thing for her clients, every time. 

Frustrated by business as usual in the Real Estate industry, Kelli decided to build her own company in 2014. Navigate Realty is now El Dorado County's number 1 boutique brand. With more than 30 teammates strong, Kelli is able to offer her clients a magical balance of high touch, and personalized service plus the strength of bulletproof systems and tech that can only be achieved through scale. With offices in Placerville, El Dorado Hills, and San Francisco Kelli's team was able to help over 300 families buy and sell Real Estate in 2021.

When she’s not serving her clients, Kelli spends her time with her husband, two daughters, 50 chickens, beloved dog, cats, honey bees, and two mini cows grazing the foothills overlooking El Dorado Hills.
