Nice to "meet" you! As the Director of Operations I wear many hats here at Navigate. I am the gal behind the scenes making sure transactions run smoothly and that each and every one of our clients have nothing short of an amazing experience when it comes to buying or selling. Often, that's learning who the client is, their specific needs, and pairing them with the right fit in one of our Navigate agents.

I also get the opportunity to help with the day to day needs for all our agents. Sometimes that is interviewing and onboarding new agents that join Navigate - other days it's answering questions or coordinating training to keep all our agents informed and prepared. 

Before Real Estate, I was using my degree in Hospitality to run a small restaurant group with locations in El Dorado Hills and Roseville as the General Manager. Outside of the Real Estate world, you can find me being a mom to the little girl we welcomed in Summer 2022, camping, wine tasting and running an AirBnB.
