Meet Ann

Ann Akhromtsev brings a wealth of experience, professionalism, and heart to every real estate
transaction. A proud member of Navigate Realty, Ann's journey began in the former Soviet Union,
and at the age of eight, she and her family immigrated to the United States. She was raised in San
Francisco, where she later married her high school sweetheart and built a beautiful life centered
around family and purpose.

Ann is a graduate of UC Davis, where she studied Managerial Economics, launching her career with
Tishman Speyer Properties—the world’s largest commercial real estate manager and developer.
With over 20 years of experience managing a Class A historic landmark in San Francisco’s
Financial District, Ann developed a deep expertise in property operations, leasing, and client
relations.

In 2021, Ann and her family relocated to El Dorado Hills, where she discovered her passion for
residential real estate. Today, she channels her corporate real estate knowledge into helping clients
find homes they love, with a commitment to delivering results and exceeding expectations.
While Ann holds multiple professional designations, the title she treasures most is “Mom.” Her
three daughters—Nicole, Michaella, and Alianna—are her greatest inspiration and drive her to
succeed in every aspect of life.
